La Siciliana is a family run business, owned by Jolanda Paolini. The Paolini’s are famous around the world for taking Pizza to another level. Angelo (Jolanda's father) and Giuseppe Paolini opened their first pizzeria in 1970, continuing in becoming World Pizza Champions. Their success led them to open more restaurants, such as 'taste booth in attard , la locanda del pescatore ,in vittoriosa 

and 'Red Lions' in Sicily.

Angelo has passed his love for this art to his daughter Jolanda, and has taught her all he knows. She is now well prepared for this fantastic journey at La Siciliana to keep the Paolini tradition going on.
